Apologies beforehand for the honest review. But this was horrible- from the start I was waiting to an empty front counter for... 5min until I decided to make a noise to get attention?. Still nothing then walked to the right side where you can see thekitchen and one of the employees was just scrolling away on their phone. After getting his attention he slowly started makinghis way but disappeared. Then someone else after organizing pizza trays came to get my order (this another 7min). Awful customer service. Also charged me more then actual price. Watch their price. I often don?t give one star but this location... deserve it. Will never come back and also ask others to avoid this location. Read more
I called to ask about an order and they were very accommodating making changes ??
I ordered an extra bacon, ended up getting close to no bacon. That's on top of the stuffs gross incompetence and ability to... handle punching in an something as hard as an order. The pizza & Italian cheese bread I ordered looked terrible. 10 out of 10won't go again :) Read more
Your Christmas Eve hours say 11-am -12pm so then why when I started opening the doorman walking in I got yelled by an employee... saying ? we?re not open yet! ? then why was your sign on and door unlocked? I love this location. The staff are always friendly and upbeat. The food is very decent for basically fast food. Very clean and... organized which definitely helps with the fluidity of the orders. Great location as well. ???????????????? Read more
Called this location asked for a custom pizza which I always order. The woman argued with me saying she can?t do that. I hung up... and called the other little caesars in town and no problem. Maybe check how your employees talk to the customer. Especially whenthe customer orders the same thing every time. Never will I go to this location again. Rude!
