This was an absolutely terrible experience. Almost 15 workers there and yet all they do is sit around talking trash about the... paying customers, when they were probably just tired of the HORRIFIC service. Instead of greeting you and making you feelwelcome they just talk about you. I waited almost 30 minutes for 2 stupid meals. And it?s not even fresh. I suggest going to adifferent McDonald?s even if you are closer to this one. I?m disgusted by the service. Read more

The slowest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my life. Staff consistently ignore ppl in the restaurant and serve skip the dishes... (3 orders handed to skip the dishes folks who came in AFTER me during the span of my time standing there waiting) and drivethru. I ordered 1 cheese burger and a fountain pop and waited over 25 minutes in the restaurant. MCDONALDS: if you can?t handleskip the dishes and the rest of your customers, maybe you shouldn?t have signed up for skip. Read more

Went through drive through around 12 noon today. I ordered 3 x 10 piece nugget meals and also 4 mini doughnuts which i had... coupons coupons left with a hig bag and all the doughnuts were missing . I called back about 12:15p twice and noone is pickingup and no voicemail. They owe me 4 doughnuts. Read more

Worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. This is the third time I?ve placed an order and was missing items. This drive thru is a joke. 9 out of 10 times they screw up your order or forget something. This is not isolated as many ppl in... our neighbourhood have said the exact same thing. How difficult is it to verify what was ordered is what is in the bag. This isnot rocket science. Read more

Terrible service and bad information. Never go through the drive-through and check your order completely before moving away.... Stopped at this location on Sunday to order an egg mcmuffin combo and and a hotcake combo. I was told the hotcake combo camewith a hash brown. What I got instead of an egg mcmuffin was a chicken BLT sandwich with French fries, I got another smallFrench fries with my hotcakes. No hash browns to be seen anywhere seen anywhere even though I confirmed with the associate twicethat I wanted to hash browns. So to summarize I spent over $14 to get 3 hotcakes because that's the only part of my order thatwas correct. Read more

Not 24 hour drive through, one morning closed 330 until 4 another 430 until 5. Don't advertise 24 hours if you aren't capable of... following through with it. I detour on my drive home to grab a quick bite to eat before going home to bed and it's a waste of mytime when I should just go home and save my money and aggravation. Staff are constantly screwing up orders in the afternoons andevenings, store is disgusting 9 time out of 10. Garbage over flowing, counters disgusting at the pop machine, bathrooms are subpar. When this store first opened it was the only one in town I'd take my family. Fast, hot food and clean environment. Thisstore has taken a serious dive and will not be getting anymore of my money.
