Mistake on burger after double checking at window to ensure it would come without the allergy trigger. Staff is fantastic there. Very understanding and accommodating. Mistakes happen, just be nice about it! It's a busy location,... they have 3 tablets drive thru mobiles etc, but still get things out quickly. Love coming to visit with my dog, I place acurbside order and they bring it out to us and give her a pat :) Read more

I'm convinced this location receives the bottom of the barrel product. Like if it's defected they send it to Stanley. Nuggets... are always oddly thin, oddly shaped and always and I mean always burnt and if not charred way, way overdone. I will say thestaff is receptive to switching it out, but then you're waiting on nuggets with your food getting cold and they're still weird.It's a lose, lose. They give you such a small portion of fries. The quality here is significantly worse than any otherMcDonald's. Where to start? Ordered a muffin and small coffee and had to remind the cashier it's a special deal. After a big "sighhh" she... corrected the order and it was $2.93. Gave her $5 she gave me back 5¢ NOT!!! Now we wait for a Supervisor to open the cash soshe can give me the rest of my change. OK, now I have to shuffle over to the side and wait for my order to be called. By theway, it's not showing on the screen that displays order numbers. Finally after 11 minutes of watching other orders that weresubmitted AFTER my order being fulfilled, I asked a Supervisor how long it takes to prepare a coffee and muffin. All she didwas look at my receipt and I was handed my order...no "sorry", no "have a good day". AND, to top it all off my coffee was NOTas ordered. By that time, I'd wasted enough of my day and did not go back to get my order done properly. I will definitely notreturn to this location and may have to reconsider ANY McDonald's Read more
This was the second McDonalds we went to in a row for Hot Chocolate and these people let me DOWN. We had to wait for... approximately ten minutes for two hot chocolates and they were both only milk with flavouring. I am sad. Read more
