PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST PUT ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH! I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and ask for no pickles extra onion and... YOU NEVER PUT ONION ON. THIS HAS HAPPENED LIKE 30 TIMES! DOES NOBODY READ THE COMPUTER? ITS MIDNIGHT! WITH NOBODY IN LINE! IHAVE TOSSED A BUNCH OF FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS. You can never use this drive-thru in a hurry even a single small burger or fries they make u wait 15 mins in reserve parking.... Not once have I been here yet and not been put in reserve. This place needs better management Read more

I've only lived in the neighbourhood since December and this restaurant has gotten my order incorrect more times than not. The... only thing that's ever been good is the coffee. This morning was likely our last visit, after my partner was handed frozenmangled breakfast burritos, that we had to pull over and wait an extra 10 minutes for to begin with... The manager was kindenough to provide him a refund and a coupon for another breakfast, as well as an entertaining rip into the kitchen staff, butit's kind of ridiculous how often things like this happen. Another bad McDonald?s?s bad branch! Took 5 minutes for staff member to show up help me place my order. I was already 5 minutes... in line before that. Some customers were complaining about delay in getting the orders out. One asked for a refund after onestaff member tells him there is nothing they can do, as they are just busy! I wanted to redeem a reward and gave it to them,however after I paid, the cashier staff said sorry, I forgot to add it, so she gave it back to me!I After waiting 5 + 5 minutes,it took 10 minutes to get two egg sandwiches and two coffees. The manager/owners came out to give me order and apologized- theyare very nice people! The coffee Nd sandwiches were great; can?t complain. Read more
