One of the few reasonably priced small business. Fish is cooked just right!! Loved it.
10/10. Fish is perfectly battered and crispy and tastes great! Wasnt greasy or oily. Fries taste fresh and crispy. Coleslaw was... tasty. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Disappointed to say the least. Ordered the 2 pc Haddock dinner. Wasnt haddock. Tartar sauce is mayo. That's it. Just mayo. At... least attempt tartar sauce. Add some pickle or something. Fries were well undercooked. Soft but hard in the centre. Its likethey didn't even try. Read more
Their phone doesn't work. No alternative number to call. New hours are 4pm-8pm Tuesday to Saturday. Online orders only from what... I see. I placed my order at 439pm and was not accepted until 522pm. It was ready at 535pm. Which is fast. Service was okay. . The 4 large fries portion doesn't look like it's 4 portions. The lady poured the gravy out of a glass measure cup which Iwould assume it was heated up in the microwave. You get 4 plastic servings of tartar sauce for 10 pieces of Pollock. Quaint little Shop. But the food was quick fresh and verrrry delicious! Waited maybe 10 15 minutes tops. Had a good selection... of fish. I got the halibut and it was very generous portions. And PIPING hot. Batter wasn't overly heavy either! Great place tostop of you're in town. Read more
Called in an order for the first time and it all went wrong. The “Lady” taking the order could not get the phone number... right. When it went past 45 minutes for the the delivery we called to check and we were asked if she could call back. Well shecalled back and sounded well (out of it) to say, can I take your order.
