From the moment my family and I walked in, the whole atmosphere was all smokey. In addition, all tables were dirty and I had to... request it to be cleaned. The young man who came out to wipe our table, smelled of sweat from a distance. I then took mydaughter to the washroom where there weren't any toilet paper and the washroom was a big mess (not surprised as the wholerestaurant was a mess). We got our food and sat down. No sauces or ketchup was included, no sporks, no napkins. Afterfinishing eating I assumed the washroom would have been cleaned or restocked as it was not busy at all when we were there. NOPE. Everything was the same. I used to work in a fast food restaurant and I know for a fact that when the place is slow, theemployee are supposed to maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Not good. Might be all Popeyes or just this location, but everything is disgusting. I?ve tried several times & I?m disappointed.... Everything is soggy & falling apart as soon as I get it. Placed 30 dollar order and told 12 minutes for the regular chicken. waited in car went back in 12 minutes later. Many orders... for regular chicken that arrived after me got their orders. Lady dishing out the food did not want to do our bigger order forsome reason? Nice young lady doing the cash finally spoke up and said she?s next. Took 25 minutes in total. I don't know if all Popeyes pasta is like this one, sour and rotten, but if it is everyone should avoid it. The pasta was watery... and extremely sour.
