Everything was freshly cooked they gave me wait time and got everything super hot and cooked well. The staff was very polite.

The food is great and so is the service. I love Popeyes. I am only giving 3 stars as the overall rating because of their menu... displays inside. Geez I have good vision and I was squinting. There was an older gentlemen who had an even more difficult time.I understand you want everything up there but saying there's a combo, platter of family in big letters on signage on the menuand then what is contains in tiny letters.... not customer friendly at all. It is not at all easy to read those displays tounderstand what anything contains. Therws always a line at Popeyes cos of the high demand. You want to be respectfuland orderquickly but that menu display .akes it really hard I really think Popeyes needs to improve on its menu displays!! Read more

I am vegetarian and I wasn?t aware about the Popoyes poutine has a chicken in it. I ordered a poutine and as soon as I opened... the box I asked the cashier that this has a chicken in it. She asked me to throw it in the garbage. So I was expecting her togive a refund back. But instead she offer regular fries. Which is not a same cost as poutine. When I asked for money back. Shesaid I am basically doing a favour to you otherwise we are not responsible for anything and I can?t give you a refund. Asarguing for 5-6 mins she gave me medium fries but not the refund. I was forced to take a fries which was fried in the same oilwith chicken. I opened a box for fries it was full of oil. Worst customer service and disgusting food. Read more
