Normally I don't have any issues or complaints with the staff here, EVER! I asked politely for a venti iced apple crisp... macchiato, and the look the girl gave me when I politely mentioned it was iced not hot was not pleasant. I also noticed how itwas not shaken nor stirred, so I asked politely for a spoon so I could mix it to avoid a mouthful of the syrup. "Um yeah" thenalso proceeded to gossip to a fellow coworker was what I got, and even my fiancé agreed it was not at all politely said. Absolutely frustrated with the terrible service I received at this location. I would suggest avoiding this location if you're... wanting your drinks made correctly. What I thought was a simple mistake with my order turned out to be complete laziness andavoidance. The order was suppose to be a honey citrus mint tea which is made with lemonade not water. The barista insisted itwas. It's clearly water, thanks for the attempt at bullshiting me. It is also made with one bag of mint tea and one bag of peachtranquility. This was the first mistake I realized. So, I drove back after speaking to them on the phone where I was assuredthey would make a new drink properly. Instead the barista just plopped a peach tranquality bag into the hot water and hand methe cup back. The extra pumps of peppermint not in there, not made with lemonade, and lied to. Read more
I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly since I moved to Brantford and although the drinks are always delicious the... customer service at this location is what keeps you coming back! Alex in particular is one of the best baristas they've got.He's always friendly, always quick to make your order and you get the sense that he really cares about making your experiencesomething special. I came to this location with a friend, and needless to say we were both shocked and disappointed with the way the manager... treated one of her employees. This manager thought it was okay to criticize and blame her employee, out loud in front ofeveryone, while the girl was taking our order, simply because she was under the impression that this employee hadn?t completed atask. If this manager had actually went to look, she would?ve quickly realized that the employee did complete the task. Theemployee was nothing but kind, and didn?t deserve any of the disrespect she received from the manager. Do better Starbucks. Read more
