They took away all of the deals, no more sub of the day. All of the prices are now jacked way up and to top it off the service... was slow and I had to repeat myself for every single topping. Used to be a good location but not anymore. Read more

This is the second time I come here in one week and I come 1 hour before closing and they have ALREADY shut down the toaster, if... your not gonna have a toaster at a sandwich store you might aswell not be opened, my entire family wanted to eat both times sothat?s 200$ lost in revenue and probably forever if I come 1 more time and the toaster is off anytime before 10 mins beforeclosing. If you are not willing to work late do not open late, they close down the toaster so they can clean it and leave early.I was gonna order 5 sandwiches and I literally saw a group of 3 people and another couple that?s 5 more people leave because ofthe toaster, imagine the revenue lost because of lazy workers.. no one is going to spend money to eat cold untoasted sandwiches.. negative stars if I can since this isn?t the first time I leave disappointed because of the same issue Read more

This is a review for their catering services as oppose to the quality of the food. NEVER use the on-line portal for this... particular store. IT WON'T BE READY. It's not great when you order 4 trays of sandwiches, days before the date, pay via on-lineand find out when you go to pick it up they never got the order. I thought the employee was going to faint then I handed them aprint out of our order... For all on-line orders, confirm either an in person visit or a phone call. I found that they neverpicked up their phone... so in-person confirmation is best. I know, kinda defeats the convenience of ordering on-line. Due tothe fact that they had to rush the order... the quality of the sandwiches suffered. Read more

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in a Subway. Ordered our food, desperately had to use the washroom.... Despite them having two washrooms they would not allow me to use the second washroom (another customer was in the first andtaking 15+ minutes). I just had to pee. Having previously worked in customer service I would have definitely allowed a customerto quickly run use the bathroom in an emergency situation. I do not understand this logic. I asked them and actually almostbegged as I had to go so badly and they just told me that they wouldn?t let me use the other washroom because it is foremployees (even though it is not labeled as such and is in the public area). I had to leave and go to a different restaurant touse the bathroom even though I was a customer of subway. Ridiculous, I would have been in and out of the washroom in 2 mins andit was unoccupied.
