Went there for lunch with the family and was greeted by Joe. He took our orders and food was prompt. I've been to my fair share... of Swiss Chalet but this time it was very very pleasant. Joe took the time and conversed with us. I tried the Nashville chickensandwich and wife had a rib burger. Both were very good. Thank you to the kitchen staff and also Joe for the great service. Much improved food and service at Swiss Chalet Brantford! This was our second visit after a long hiatus due to previous... disappointment but these last two times were excellent! Absolutely no complaints. Today we were in for lunch and Terrie was ourserver. She took great care of us and was really friendly. We were a group of 60 people and the staff at Swiss Chalet went above and beyond to... accommodate us on a very short notice after a sudden passing of a family member.
