Went there for lunch with the family and was greeted by Joe. He took our orders and food was prompt. I've been to my fair share... of Swiss Chalet but this time it was very very pleasant. Joe took the time and conversed with us. I tried the Nashville chickensandwich and wife had a rib burger. Both were very good. Thank you to the kitchen staff and also Joe for the great service. Will be visiting this location again. If you get Joe as your wait staff I'm sure your experience will be just as good. Read more
Much improved food and service at Swiss Chalet Brantford! This was our second visit after a long hiatus due to previous... disappointment but these last two times were excellent! Absolutely no complaints. Today we were in for lunch and Terrie was ourserver. She took great care of us and was really friendly. For us, the service is as important as the food, so Terrie?sefficient and attentive efforts really made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Went for Dinner tonight with the Grandparents(7 of us total). It's one of their favorite places to go! Dinner was excellent! Our... server Joe was VERY Friendly and Attentive!! Loved his energy and personality.. the fact that he got my kids to speak to him andanswer his questions is a HUGE bonus! So kudos to him!! Guy definitely knows what he's doing! Absolutely horrible!! Took 45 minutes to get my order that I pre paid for. Ready at 645pm. Got food at 730. Food was cold, paid... for a bowl of soup got a cup. Will not be going back. And would NOT recommend to anyone. Get your stuff together!! Read more
After sitting outside waiting an hour for my order last time, we finally went back for takeout and service was good. If anything... they were too fast as my order was already sitting on the counter when I got there but I had to wait 5 minutes to be served.Then got home and appetizer was missing and the kids hamburger was paper thin and charred. Absolutely amazing staff and service! We were a group of 60 people and the staff at Swiss Chalet went above and beyond to... accommodate us on a very short notice after a sudden passing of a family member. Not only was the service fast and the fooddelicious but the staff went around several times and made sure that everyone was taken care of. Management thanked us andoffered their condolences several times too which was very sweet of them. I truly appreciated their hard work and excellentservice! Thank you!! Read more
