I don't know if this Taco Bell has changed management or what, but this used to be the best Taco Bell around a few years ago...... The portions were good, the service was great, but now it's the worst. Doesn't matter if your order beef or steak, this locationhas cut back on the portions hardcore! The taco shells are always stale and no longer fresh either. Brantford also has anothertaco bell location, so this location has competition and if this location expects to survive they need to take some pride intheir establishment and step up their game... Went there 10 mins ago and girl showed me her attitude and rolled her eyes like she own the place. We always heat up the... tortilla before making burrito and i complained as it wasn't grilled properly. I went inside to ask if you can grill it , wellbehaved man took it but the girl rolled her eyes and made very bad face. When i told her you shouldn't have done that she said "you touched burrito and we are not supposed to take it back so u know". First off I asked if you can heat it up with Please inthe end of the sentence . There is difference between telling and asking and i asked you. If that's not the rule why would utake it. Secondly, you took it without gloves on your hand too. Moreover, made faces on the top. Giving this one star because ofthe kind person who treated me well otherwisw i would have given you something around -100. Just moved to brantford recently and I?ve always been a huge fan of Taco Bell, mind you I understand that sometimes they can be... a tad inconsistent as after all it is fast food. First time I went in and placed an order inside the restaurant, the clerkworking the till charged me individually for each item instead of making it a combo, I had already paid and was looking over thereceipt and said does that not have a combo price, puzzled he sought out his manager that was less than impressed with ME andnot the employee. I sat down and ate my food and it was day and night compared to what I?m used to, super stingey on all proteiningredient I ordered EXCEPT the fries supreme, I gotta be honest the fries supreme was done the way it should have been. Ididn?t want to complain after the combo issues so I ate my food and left chalking it up to an inconsistent night where maybethey were low on beef and steak. Flash forward a month later, ate to many edibles, placed an Uber eats order, grabbed a comboand some soft tacos and received the same lack of ?meat? as I did the last time I ordered. Corporate should get in there andjust close the store based of the volume of complaints similar to mine, or if the owner wants to be a cheap scum bag increasethe price so at least the consumer is getting the food the expect. Absolutely NEVER EVER will I go to or order from thislocation again although the fry supreme was again properly prepared to specifications. DO BETTER!!! Read more

Awesome service and delicious food. They greeted us very politely. Gave our food on the table within no time. Entire crew... (Jared, Jazz, Georgia, Ryan, Sasa) was very helpful. This taco bell was a bit more enjoyable than all the others out there I have tested. Purely because of the wonderful employee... that gave off a very warm energy. I am a bit sad I did not ask her name but she is an absolute asset to Taco Bell and for suremade me want to order more. As always Taco Bell remains one of the best places to get tacos in the area. For fast food the interior of the restaurant is nicely finished. The food is Taco Bell. Questionable at the best of times but oh... so tasty. It's that craving you get and just need to fill in order to remember why you don't eat it all the time. Read more
