Service is doing as best as they can, person who runs karaoke is over his head
It was alright. Definitely a place that has its regulars. Karaoke was very loud and unnecessary, multiple draft beers were... unavailable, and it just felt difficult to get comfortable. Read more

My friends and I had a wonderful lunch here. I had bangers and mash, great pub fare! My friends had homemade soup, sandwiches... and salad, and talked about how much they enjoyed them. The server was pleasant, efficient and just attentive enough to be therewhen she was needed. We had plenty of time to sit and chat after we had finished our food. The experience was poor. Chose to do dinner before theater. Placed order about 530. Order not ready by 7. 1 tables order ahead... of us. At 715 got 4 orders to go. 3 were same order buffalo chicken wraps. Found out 1 cook in. Fries when we got to eat 2orders overly done 2 almost not cooked. Unacceptable. Wraps were very soggy.
