Showed up at 5pm on a Saturday to 7 people behind the counter, line up of customers out the door and drive thru piled up. The... staff had no sense of urgency and my order was completely wrong. After waiting so long for 2 iced coffees and a sandwich Ididn?t have the heart to ask them to change it with the line up. I'm not a review person, but my experience at this location's drive through was terrible. I pulled up with my hungry daughter at... 8:40am ish, we had to be somewhere at 9 and the line was long but we thought it would go fast. We ordered a maple bacon classicbagel and coffee. The lady on the speaker was arguing about what i wanted when i was reading the exact thing on the menu. I saidthe maple bacon classic bagel 3 times to her already ???????????. So she said she'd just give me whatever one. I spoke to hermanager about the unprofessional behavior she gave us. The manager agreed with her that "I was the one being rude". Yes theMANAGER said that!!!! We pulled up to discover the young employees laughing and my coffee and bagel messed up. Never going backto this Tim's and I don't recommend it if you are looking for a fast, professional drive through. Read more

I ordered 2 latter, a wrap and one everything bagel via mobile app at 1252 pm. I went inside, they didn't even start my order,... lady who took my order printed it and left it on the counter for someone else and went for her break. 2 other people looked atmy order and just left. I waited over 23 mins to get my mobile order. I contacted customer care but they were no help, I wastold I will get a refund but nothing. Absolutely trash service. There was a huge spill of coffee all over the floor, where you're supposed to pick up your goods after... ordering. The staff borderline ignored customers to the point of the customers getting irate and having to shout over thecounter to get their attention. The place closes at 10, but they came and tried rushing us out at 9:15... there was a mess everywhere with no one even attempting to clean it up. If you even mentioned it they just laugh and shrug it off. What kind of peopleare you hiring? If a health inspector came in at that time, you would have most definitely failed an inspection. I normallynever leave reviews, but this was an experience that I hope no one ever has to experience again. Read more

Great place to go for coffee. The coffee is fresh. The older staff are nice. Been going to this location for 10 years. The team... are hard workers and go out of their way to make sure things are right. Be nice to them. They work hard. Read more

As a Canadian I feel legally obligated to review Tim Hortons even though it really doesn't affect me at all if I don't. Here is... my unsolicited opinion; overall the Tim Hortons franchise is great. I am quite biased about Canada-originating businesses. Ienjoy the everyday trips I make to Tim Horton's and it makes my day when I get to drink my steeped tea every morning. Read more

I place my mobile orders here and there?s never any issues. Anytime they don?t have something from my order they?re always super... sweet and apologetic almost like their afraid of me. Very appreciative of their service. Other people need to be moreunderstanding to service people and that coffee and donuts are not the end of the world. Read more

I visited this location yesterday and there were 8 employees behind the counter. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime crowd. One... male employee was standing doing nothing and yawning! The others moved at a pace slower than a turtle! The customer before mewas waiting for a very long time for his order and when he asked they rudely said it was coming. No sense of urgencywhatsoever! He finally got his order and had to fly out. After waiting for a similarly long time I asked the girl mopping ifshe could check the status of our bagel. The girl slowly making the sandwiches rudely told her it was coming. Watching thisslow motion atmosphere of workers made my blood boil!!! Where is the customer service from past days? Where is the customercourtesy from past days? GONE!!! The world is going downhill fast and no one seems to care! It?s so sad!! The epilogue to myrant is that after asking twice i finally got my single order of a bagel!!! With no apology for rude and lengthy service! I amnow thinking I?ll never go to another Tim Hortons again! Maybe it?s true that Starbucks is taking over! At least there Ireceive a friendly greeting, an apology if the service is slow and a ?have a nice day!? Tim Horton, I?m sure is turning in hisgrave watching his pride business going down the drain!!
