Went to this tim hortons today through the drive thru and ordered a craveable, they gave me a an everything bagel so i parked... and went in to inform them of the mistake holding the bagel in my hand, the cashier takes the bagel from out of my hand andhands it to the customer at the drive through window?. Didnt even check the bagel to make sure i didnt take a bite out of it oranything. That bagel should of been thrown out not handed to another customer ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Read more

Online says they are open 24 hours. My spouse and I were just walking our daughter to try to put her to bed went to Tim's and it... was closed. An employee came to the door to let a customer with a car come in but would not let us come in. Then when I saidkindly you should let your boss know that Google says it's open 24 hours she was extremely rude and hostile with us. Every time I order something other that coffee, they never have it. Don?t do mobile order at this place. And when i asked for a... refund they told me to do it through the app. I never got refund. Refund process sucks. Read more

Beware of painfully slow drive through service. This Tim Hortons drive through is so slow that 3-4 cars ahead of you will set... you back 15-20 min. I used to get my coffee here every morning and now look for different locations if I see 3+ cars in line.They need to implement parking vehicles with big orders to keep the drive through moving.
