The old lady working with glasses is just horrible, always so mean and very unprofessional
pauline is horrible, she is always working cash and has the worst attitude. she has never been friendly to me or any of my staff... who visit this location. she makes rude comments/remarks and always has a smug look on her face. just her alone deters me fromgoing here. as a fellow mall employee you would expect a bare minimum of respect but it?s never given. will be reaching out toupper management and hopefully have something done about her and her awful personality.
