I?d rather give no stars. This was hands down the worst drive through experience I?ve ever had. Waited 10 minutes at the order... screen for our order to be taken. Which then took 2 people to do correctly. Then waited over 15 mins at the window. Coffee wasdisgusting and watered down. The timbit box I got had only 1 flavour in it, and we left before even getting our sandwhich, whichwe paid for but we?re too frustrated to continue waiting. Perpetually sold out of items (like chicken soup). 5 random times within a month. Glad they?re doing good, but restock, you... missed a $30+ meal order 5x now. And I don?t want to waste my time standing in line again? so I just won?t be back. Read more
Couldn?t make a hazelnut cold brew if their lives depended on it. What I received was basically just cold foamy milk. The drink... is supposed to be brown, this is completely white. Worst Tim Horton's outlet I've ever visited. We are from out of town, stopped in with kids after hockey at 9pm (closes at... 10pm), absolutely no customer service. They had already cleared out their food for the day, not 1 piece of food to bepurchased, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the workers were busy cleaning, saw us but refused to make eye contact orinitiate any kind of conversation. I ended up asking them if they had anything to eat and they said "no", so we walked out. Howbizarre. If you are open till 10pm, you should be serving food till 10pm, not clear everything out and ignore customers. Wouldnever, ever return to this outlet, EVER. Read more
Good location for a cruise night every Saturday lots of free parking and free wifi too.
Stopped there tonight at 9:30 to get the sandwich and coffee order. They said they have no food, they close in 30 minutes.... Didn't have any food at all available in the "restaurant". Was very confused had to go to a&w next door instead. The workerthere informed me he's been there at 630/7 pm on break to order something and they've already tossed all the food for thenight. I'm not sure what the company protocol is but this doesn't seem good for a restaurant business. Read more
