Food was good and made to order which is good only thing is the fries were a bit overly salty. So if your trying to watch your... sodium I would ask for lightly salted or not salted and add your own salt from the packets they have. The Coca-Cola freestylemachine is pretty cool because you can add your own flavour mixes like lime, orange, vanilla, cherry in both regular or dietvarieties. Upon my visit today this store seems more like a bunker than a restaurant. They have taped up signs all over the doors and plexi... glass and all over the store, it looks ridiculous. Not to mention one staff member arguing with another customer over what shesaid she wanted to order. Even though the order was corrected this employee still proceeded to argue with this poor woman toprove she was right. When I finally got up to the counter to order all the staff were just cold and seemed like they wereannoyed. Got up to the drink station and there is no ice in either one and also more taped up notes stating no refills. Then aswe were leaving I wanted to use the restroom and it?s locked with yet another taped up sign explaining that they are locked andyou need to speak to an employee to use them. I refuse to wait in a huge line to speak to someone just to use a bathroom thatshould be unlocked in the first place. The whole environment was cold, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was at Wendy's drive thru. I placed an order for #1 combo only cheese with a coke. I was asked again if i wanted a coke and... i said yes. Got to the window and was told the amount by a very nice lady. I said that did not seem enough and then this VERYrude woman said I only ordered a burger, no fries. Tried to tell her not so and she then bit off my head. She then tried togive me a strawberry lemonade instead of the coke. Once again she started on me again. I get home and there is everything onthe burger instead of plain. I asked for her name and she turned and walked away. I don't know whose order she gave me but itwas not what I ordered. Read more
Twice now in one week I have received cold and chewy french fries during busy drive-thru hours. In the past this was my favorite... Wendy's location because the food was always hot and fresh but recently the quality has fallen a great deal. The least you cando is give me hot french fries even if they're old. Read more
