update We re-visited today. Food was food was hot and fresh and bigger Selection definitely will be coming back again. overall... the service was good. The prices were cheap, but the food was definitely sitting there all day, and most of the food wasactually not available. Went to this buffet in Brantford for my half birthday. People were very nice, very prompt and accommodating. We started the... buffet quickly as it smelled very good. They had a small selection of Chinese foods and Canadian foods. Everything was hot andvery tasty. They had a very good selection of salad bar and sushi items. For me I would have wanted more Chinese food items andless Canadian items. Desserts were ice creams and small cakes and some fruits and puddings. The daiquiri was good not verystrong but very sweet. Honestly I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a meal from here nor will I ever purchase from here. I purchased from skip the... dishes where I Bought the chicken fried rice and it was honestly tasteless. Wouldn’t have thought it was possible to make atasteless chicken fried rice. This is a good place to go for those wanting to eat a lot, but don't want to spend a lot. There are enough food variety... present. For the soup, they have the egg drop, hot & sour, and wanton soup available. Theming of the supposedly Chineserestaurant is all over the place. You would have the usual Chinese dishes along with some mediocre sushi. I did not find anywasabi present, but at least some Kikkoman soy sauce is available at the dining table. I did appreciate that they have someroast beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy present. This is not something you would bet to find in a Chinese buffet, but it was atreat for me to have something different. The roast beef was very tender, but came off a little salty. A salad bar is alsopresent as well as some fruits and pudding options. The service was excellent. I appreciate that the servers were all verynice, polite, and helpful.
