They never have the smoothie when we go there. There has also been multiple times they are out of the majority of donuts I try... to order. Explanation I am given for this: they get their supplies shipped in and only have a limited supply of menu items.Solution: get more shipment if you are consistently out of certain menu items! I gave 5 because I?m honestly impressed how they took a tortilla, egg, sausage, and cheese and somehow made it taste vile, it... tasted like it got sprayed with chemicals. And how they took a cold brew which is the easiest coffee to make good and make ittaste like garbage juice. Like did you use left over coffee grounds to make it. No wonder people basically order milk with iceand sugar cause they need it to mask the poor excuse for coffee that you make. Read more
I ordered a caramel iced latte and told them no cinnamon on the whipped cream. They put it on there and I told them I needed it... with no cinnamon. They literally took the drink back and scraped off the whipped cream and gave it back so I have cinnamon allin my drink. I cannot have cinnamon as I have a horrible reaction to it so for them to do that irritates me when I just spent aton of money on this coffee. Read more
The attached pics are the hash browns that I recieved this morning. I'm not sure why they look like someone already tried to eat... them and then spit them back out. It makes sense tho because they tasted worse than they looked. It was like they dipped them incold dirty grease and then put them directly in my bag. I made my order at the indoor counter and when my food was ready thelady literally tossed the bag towards the counter and already had her back to it by the time it landed. Maybe that's why thehash browns looked that way? The were very busy...but that's not excuse for nasty food and attitudes. Order was taken promptly. Individual prices Black Med Coffee. Cost 10.03 I asked for knife fork 3 times. Maria order taker... got me wares. Female with headset stated we normally do not give Wares with order. I asked for coffee refill after eating in. I was informed by same employee. No refills You purchase another cup. I told her thank you and left. Later days at WaffleHouse. I had 3 egg plate with grits biscuits gray and 3 CUPS COFFEE NO EXTRA CHARGE. Value priced meal at 9.90. So from off the tip, I?m not to sure which girl was taking my order through the drive thru, absolutely rude as can be, attitude... from hell, wouldn?t give me a second to figure out my order, even though it took me less than 2 minutes to order. I?m super annoyed. I stopped by before work. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with almond milk and an egg and cheese croissant... with hash browns. First of all, I just got an iced coffee with no caramel and then I got a sausage patty in my croissant? I?mvegetarian, and this is highly annoying when I?m spending at least 7 dollars on a meal and only got one think right, the hashbrowns.
