Service was awful. Second hand embarrassment from watching people wait up front while employees were in the back for about 8... minutes. When we got our order it was placed at the end of the bar, if I hadn?t been looking up I wouldn?t have known it wasready. I realized I was missing an item and I walked up to the end of the bar made eye contact with one of the employees when Iwas about to talk she walked away. The service and product was good; however, price went up too high. On Mon bought 2 large strawberry/coconut drinks for 8.00+. ... Today 2 med of same drinks 9.36. Will not be buying more. Read more
ALWAYS burn my bagels and I have asked for certain donuts and they always give me the wrong one. I'm not sure if these employees... are trained right but if you know something is burnt don't serve it. If you wouldn't eat it then don't make other people. I've unfortunately been here dozens of times because it's convenient and they consistently mess up my order. The oatmilk is... always disgusting, I'm not sure if it's expired or what, but it's fine at other locations. They seem to be chronicallyunderstaffed, maybe the franchise should consider paying more if they want to retain more employees. Read more
Horrible quality. They clearly ran out of chocolate and did not fill the donuts. They knew they messed up and did not give me... the receipt for a reason. We even asked if they had boston creme pies. The ugliest donuts. Read more

Placed a curbside order. After waiting in the designated spot for over 10 minutes. I decided to go in. At which time my order... was barried under numerous other online orders. After the employee found my ticket. He spent an additional 15 minutes fulfillingmy 2 dozen assorted order and 50 donut holes. While 4 other customers waited with 4 employees walking past the desk and notwelcoming or offering to assist any of these people. All 4 potiental customers walked out while I waited.
