Called in a takeout order. Was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon my arrival 20 minutes later, the hostess said... she would go check on my order. I waited for 25 minutes without any update from anyone. I finally received my food with anapology and excuse that didn't make sense. Both entrees (one chicken the other grouper) were rubbery. This place is?strange. Brought my family here to announce our engagement and the whole experience was cringe worthy. The place... does have a nice atmosphere and looks clean, but it lacks everywhere else. There was no bartender, we didn?t know that, andwhoever made the drinks did a terrible job. I ordered a raspberry martini and it had a salt rim. When we asked for a sugar rimthe girl said she didn?t know which was salt or sugar. Service was slow, food wasn?t good? wouldn?t waste my money. If you order to go, make sure you check your meal before you leave. Have gone here for years as the food is really good & the... prices are decent. The downside is the service has steadily declined over the years so we don't bother to eat in any more. Three out of the last four to go orders we've placed have been missing items though and the last time was probably the laststraw. Placed the order came on time to pick it up and had to wait ten minutes or so for it to actually be ready. When thefood came out I asked if everything was there & the hostess assured me it was. From past experience though I knew not to takeher word for it and went to a table on the landing to check. Unfortunately the salad & the rolls that were supposed to comewith the order weren't there. Told the hostess & she apologized & went back & said they'd make the salad. Twenty minutes later& still no salad, meanwhile the food is getting cold. Asked her what the hold up was & she said they were working on it but theperson who took the order over the phone had said there was no place to put the salad on their tablet, even though it was listedon the website. So I guess they were trying to figure out the issue while I was waiting on my food. Five minutes later shebrought out the salad, still no rolls but I decided it wasn't worth another twenty five minutes to wait on rolls. Tried callingto speak to a manager on the way home but their line is either not working at times because the leave the phone off the hook ortheir voicemail box is full. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had! You guys Rented out your main dining room on a Friday night and directed our... wait staff to help take care of them. Lobster severely over cooked?could not cut it with a fork. Stuffed grouper was also overcooked. Baked potato was barely warm and under cooked. Not a manager on site. Read more

I've tried, I really have. After 4 visits, I'm done. The last time I took my Dad, Brother, a.d Sister-in-Law to dinner when... they visited from out of town. It took 1hr and 20 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered, and it was cold. My sisterin law ordered a salad with salmon, the salmon was raw and had to be sent back. The staff is polite, but the service is sloweven when the place is empty. I love to support local but in this case I just can't. Read more

A very beautiful place! When you see the inside it makes you forget the plaza and traffic on the outside. I had the steak here... before and it was among the best steaks I ever had. This time we tried the swiss mashroom burger. And although I would ask formore mashroom, the burger had an excellent balance of tastes. And the waitress was really nice. Accessible with wheel chair andclean ! The prices are not bad at all! For the quantity and quality I would call the prices at least fair! Read more

We came here for Father's Day. It's far from where we live but we were in the area. We ate here for dinner on Father's Day 2022.... Host was very friendly. Made us feel welcome. Our waitress was awesome. She accommodated us and made sure that our food wasexactly how we wanted. The calamari was the best I've had. All our food were great. The price for the entrees are fair.Everything is expensive nowadays. We got a sample dessert platter because it was Father's day. That was a treat. I definitelyrecommend. By myself I went in and sat at the bar. I chose the salmon salad and it was just outstanding. Perfect salmon. My only complaint... is that the whole restaurant was almost intolerably loud. There was a private party on the other side, and people at the barwere yelling (pleasantly) at each other?don?t know if this was all just that night or all the time.
