My absolute favorite local Taco Bell, have ample staff and quick service. Mobile ordering is a breeze.
I know that this may sound like a weird thing to bring up in a review, but I'm going to anyway. This drive thru was very easy... to navigate thru with a trailer and a race car on it. Thru took our order quickly and was equally as quick with having our orderhot and ready by the time we got to the window. There was a small line in front of us that they kept moving at a steady pace. We had tried another fast food place that we knew was open at 11:00 pm but they didn't come to the soaker so we left. By thetime we got finished and driving by again thru had another car in their line, but that is another story. I went to the drive thru. Placed a order and had to go back through to get the cinnamon twist that were missing. After getting... home. My son heated his food up and found a hair. I called the Braselton store and no answer. When I called I got somethingasking for a code. My son called as well with no answer. He just had a Kidney Transplant and he can't get sick or he willreject his kidney and lose it. Very shocked with this and absolutely disappointed. Do you all wear hair nets?? I don't get it. More restaurants and stores I go to, it seems no wants to work or care about their job. Read more
Got my fix for a large sweet tea and a soft taco. Just the perfect bite when I was super hungry. I must add in there that they... HAVE THE BEST SWEET TEA IN BRASELTON!! We stop by for my granddaughter to get breakfast in the morning on her way to work, manytimes. We're repeat customers and will continue to be one. Read more
Went through the drive thru and it was a little slow, but the lady who took our order was very sweet and made sure we had the... correct drinks and told us it would be a minute they only had 3 people working. They did get everything in our order correct andit was hot and fresh. The guy who gave us the food also greeted us and said sorry for your weight. Very pleased with service wegot. Read more
I frequent this location as it's on my way home. I have made 1 complaint in the past but most of the time, the food is well... prepared with the service hit and miss. On this visit (08/15/22 at 645pm) the service was exceptional, especially the young mantaking orders, he was very courteous and well spoken! The food was also very well prepared. Read more

Ordered online, and went inside to pickup the order. 15 minutes later, finally got my order. The order was missing 2 items, and... the other items were wrong. The only thing right was the chips and cheese in the value box. And for the right order andcorrected items. Got the items, but still wrong. Included sour cream when specifically asked for none on anything. Had correctedAGAIN, and messed it up AGAIN. Finally got the right order after the 4th time. This is 30 minutes after I was supposed to pickupmy order and go. Other patrons had similar complaints about their orders and food. One patron asked to see a manager. The mangerwalked over in front of him, looked him in the eye, then turned and walked away while the patron was trying to ask a question.SMH. Read more
