The Food Truck is remotely located but have most amazing Dosa. The Quality and ingredients are fresh and owner prepares the food... with love and passion. I would say the best Dosa in USA. Apart from delicious south Indian food, you will find here humble andgracious people taking and preparing your food. Our order got delayed by 30-40 minutes because there were large group arrivedjust before us. There's only one person and one gridle so we were ok with the delay but owner noticed, my kid is hungry and sheinterrupt the other order and prepared my kid's order. At the end, she personally visited us and asked for the sorry for thedelay but we delighted with the food and my kid enjoyed Dosa and Mango Lassi so we had no complaint. I would definitely visit tothis place during my next vacation to Vermont. Read more

Discovered this place accidentally as we were mapping our way down from White Mountains to NYC and the ?Dosa Kitchen Food Truck?... icon popped up next to Grafton Cheese. Was surprised to see a Dosa truck in Vermont so decided to check it out on our way backas our food pit stop. Came up to a little blue truck with clean hygienic tables both under a shade and in the sun. Tried thePunjabi Kanji , Mysore Masala, Chicken Curry Dosa and the Laddoos - everything was on point with a very ?chef? style quality yethomemade taste to the sambhar, chicken curry and kanji. Picked up a bunch of things for home and will be visiting Nash andLeda?s place soon. They might move to a bigger location next year. Nash told us they?re setting up distribution for their dosabatter, kanji, chutneys, etc. will look out for these. Good luck, Nash and Leda - you guys are amazing !! Read more

Wow - good dosas in Brattleboro? I can barely find dosas in NYC. Only wish they had a bit more sambar with the dosa - and... perhaps some chai. Lassi was good though! Read more

This is a popular food truck. Dosa is their jam! So tasty! The sambar was delicious and I love coconut chutney! Their mango... lassi was cooling and the right amount of sweet. They even have dosa mixture that you can buy to take home and make your own!Highly recommend! Read more

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Eating here is an absolute must. The owners are incredibly kind and I really... enjoyed talking with them. I forgot to take photos because I drove right in the food because it was soooo good. We got theMysore Masala Dosa and it was perfect. All their food is packed with so much flavor. We also got the Ladoos for dessert. My onlyregret is not getting more! I love this place. 10/10 recommend! Read more

Terrific family lunch spot in fair weather. The dosas were delicious and it was relaxing to eat at the nearby picnic tables. The... location is alongside a family friendly demonstration farm with a grassy courtyard, perfect for kids to run around, and a cheeseshop. Read more

Highly recommend - The most authentic I have eaten in the United States. The smell and flavor of dosas, masala (potato palya),... and chutney takes me back to Mysore, where I grew up. A family run business, Nash and his wife are extremely friendly andsweet. We ordered gunpowder dosa and mysore masala dosa. Both of them are must eat. As you bite into the Mysore masala dosa, you can taste the ginger chilly chutney which is neither too spicy nor too mild. As you go along, this chutney mixes with thepotato filling (a.k.a palya), which is laden with onion , lentils and other spices which makes it a flavourful bite. The sambaris a perfect accompaniment for the dosa. It comes with dal and freshly, nicely cut carrots. Gunpowder dosa has a powder smearedinside of the dosas, which is made for lentils and other South Indian spices. Please don?t forget to add extra ghee for theboth the dosas. PS: don?t have pictures of dosas as I didn?t have patience to click pictures and started eating as soon as itcame to our table. Read more
