To be honest with you when I stopped by at this food truck we just finish having dinner at Panasian and craved boba tea passed... by this food truck at 6:59pm which they supposed to close at 7:00pm my husband turned to the parking lot which we saw there werecouple people still standing waiting for the food so I took advantage of it and felt lucky that they still open. Unfortunatelythey ran out boba tea for the night and since I really curious about their food I ordered myself a basil fried rice with chickenand one egg roll. My husband can?t believe it that we had our dinner and I still order food from them lol. I told him I can haveit for next day since I loooove Thai food. Overall I?m glad I got myself a dish and was delicious. Too bad we were just atourist in that area otherwise I will get the food from them more often especially their prices is so reasonable andaffordable. Tried a couple of their curries there (red and green) and they were very good. Really friendly owners.
As a person who?s spent a significant amount of time in Thailand, I can assure you Taste of Thai brings be back to the streets... of Bangkok every time I take a bite! Authentic and scrumptious. Excellent road side food truck! Some of the best Thai food I've ever had! (And I've experienced a lot of Thai food around the... world!) I love their Drunken Noodles! This dish is the best I've ever had from any Thai place anywhere. I always get spicelevel #1 (mildest) as for me it gives a slight kick and allows the other flavors to come through nicely. (They do go to 10 orbeyond for spiciness if you like. But it's real, legit spiciness! None of this fast food "spicy" stuff.) LOVE.LOVE.LOVE. Cannot recommend enough. Best Thai food around, I?ve been coming here for as long as I can recall. Never been... disappointed! The food is always hot and fresh, packed with so much love and flavor! My personal favorite is the mango friedrice, (perfectly ripe mango), with tofu! Oder ahead and bring cash! It?s worth the wait. Hands down my favorite Thai food, period, since like 2012. I?ll never forget how much of a treat it was on payday to come here... with my friends, and I still stop by anytime I?m in town.Very nice, hardworking family running it too. Wonderful. Took us three tries to catch them open (some kind of mechanical trouble with the food truck.) But when we did, it was... worth the wait.
