Awful. We were staying at the hotel next door and thought we would place an online order and pick it up in store. Google, and... Wendy's website, and even the DOOR said the lobby was open. Try to pick up the food and the doors locked. We then have to walkback to the hotel, drive less than a 100 feet and get in the drive thru. I wish it was as simple as just picking it up but no,we waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru before even making it up to the speaker, all the while, our food has been sittingready for almost 45 minutes. Needless to say we were a little peeved. Obviously the food was cold and not very good, but nothat's still not it. There was ALSO STUFF MISSING. This whole experience sours my already lukewarm opinion on thiscompany. Absolutely abysmal fast food restaurant location and company. Read more
Been a loyal customer for the last year, as it's quick and easy once a week on the road going by. I've had nothing but great... things to say up until the last couple months then today finding this. Clump of hair. I wanted to go back and vomit on yourcounter, and may have if I wasn't already 50 miles up the road. Absolutely and completely disgusted. The checkout girl isfantastic. My wife and I stopped here for lunch the food was good the only thing that was not on the order when we sat down was the frosty... which the young lady who took the order got for me when I went up and told her that I didn't receive it. She didn't smile, andit really didn't look like she wanted to be there. She was polite but looked like she would rather be someplace else. Read more
The staff are always friendly. I personally can't stand mayo and they put it on everything. So I order it without it, usually... ends up with it on it. I bring it in to get a new one they're never rude about it. (Like it's my fault). Very nice. Read more

I had no idea that they had more diet soda options than just Coke. Since the remodel they have almost 10 options! Staff was... extremely helpful and very upbeat. Very good experience tonight. Read more
