I thought Burger King was supposed to be fast food. My fiance and I dropped in for a quick bite on our way through town. We... waited for half an hour while they made a game out of how many times they could tell us that they made the food wrong. Theemployees seemed to find their inability to make the sandwiches endlessly funny. I got my sandwich, but my fiance never did Heeventually told them to just refund the money for the sandwich he never received. It took another 10 minutes of three employeesand them calling someone to get that done. When I objected to the wait and mentioned that we had someplace to be, the managerwas rude and argumentative before walking away. I'll be watching my credit card statement to be sure they didn't mess that uptoo or use the card for a shopping spree. Read more

I normally don't have a problem coming to this place and have never had a problem with the food but lately the service has been... super awful! My mom and I came there one day shortly after 11AM, more than 30 mins after lunch started, and they said theycouldn't let us order any of the Chi'king sandwiches because they "hadn't gotten the hand breaded stuff out yet". Why not? I'mthoroughly confused as to how they couldn't have had that ready at the time. I mean, they know when lunch starts everyday andshould have had that stuff already to go. We got food off the value menu instead and my mom was super disappointed she couldn'tget her Chi'king. They lost the company money because of this! Other times we've visited, the food was either cold or we weremissing an item. I've seen people in the kitchens without hairnets on. I've also heard complaints of them closing early. It'spretty clear there's no leadership here and the employees have a poor work ethic. After reading everyone else's reviews, Iwouldn't be surprised if this location shuts down one day. Last time I will go. I live a short distance away. Walkable. I would usually something up on my way home from work at most once... a week. The entire staff is rude from the start. The person taking the order is constantly interrupting and rushing you tofinish order. When u get to the window and ask to repeat that person gets huffy. They cant keep worker long enough to be trainedproperly. This time I seen the manager yelling at the cashier for not remembering how to make a just the sandwich option. Lastmonth the manager was yelling at the 2 cooking staff. Both walked out. If corporate sees this please get a better manager forthis location. Leadership there is terrible and the only thing saving that ship is location. Read more

Truck driver here. Parked at the road ranger across the street. As I was walking to the building they were walking outside... giving someone an order then locked the doors. The time is 9:30pm. The closing time says midnight on google. No number to calland they didn?t reply when I walked to the drive through mic. Short girl with black hair. Big guy with blonde hair ?cleaning?lobby. And another person just chilling in the back. Used to be a shift manager and there?s clearly a lack of responsibility atthis place. Do not recommend. Slap in the face having them watch my try to open the doors with no explanation nor respondingeven though she has a headset on. Read more

Placed an order through the drive thru for 2 orders of the 2 for 5 (1 sausage & 1 beacon for each) and a medium hashbrown. As... we pull out I get out the hash browns and notice only 2 sandwiches. I am like we did not just pay over $12 for 2 sandwiches &ahash brown. So hubby goes back in. They give him our 2 missing bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and they were cold. What theheck!!??!??!! I dont normally go to BK .. the last few times I did the Whoppers were dried out and the fries were cooked to death .. but that... wasnt this location .. so driving on I-70 I pulled over and decided to try the drive-thru .. got a regular whopper, cheesyjalopeno bites, and a chick'n sandwich .. all were hot and fresh, though the jalopeno bites are just not my style .. I thinkthey probably cooked them correctly, but its just not my thing so Im not subtracting for that, just its not a great product, andIm sure since BK came out with it, all locations hav to carry them on their menu .. I will say the chicken sandwich chickenbreast was very moist ! decent sauce and tasty .. I still like Popeyes sauce better but I was blown away that BKs chicken wasbetter ! yes really . Overall nice job here . friendly staff . added an extra item on at the window and no complaints, norattitude, etc .. just a smile and accommodation of my request .. (and thusly my appreciation ..) Im giving 4 1/2 stars for theproduct, employees, quickness, and Accuracy (!!!!!) of the order .. (you wouldnt believe the times I get the wrong stuff fromplaces, or they forget something ..) yes even when I check the bag sometimes I will discover a mess-up when I get home .. butdriving in the vehicle west-bound on the Interstate this location was handy and Im giving them something I never thought Id givBurger King again .. ever .. 4 Stars !
