My dealing with this store is not good. Asked for a receipt and was told sale didnt go through. I cancelled my order. All I... wanted was proof of purchase. Now on my end Im charged. Employee says they cant do anything till Monday. Hum Male employee toldme I could be lying. All because they could not produce a receipt. Waited until Tuesday to contact the store. Now I have to gothrough the main office. All over a receipt they couldnt produce. WOW Read more
As someone who has worked in fast food for now ten years, I literally NEVER review restaurants but dear god I just have to on... this one. Notoriously, everyone I know dislikes this particular subway. It?s incredibly slow and sandwiches are always puttogether pretty messy. Which is whatever, I?m personally happy to ignore that for the most part to be able to customize asandwich which you can?t do elsewhere in town. And I never mind slow service if it turns out well. Well I went there the otherday and ordered the melt with steak and cheese and basically how it is just advertised to come. I waited ten minutes (albeit weordered two other sandwiches) and I was given a sandwich that was literally not even a sandwich anymore. They just gave me asmall bag that was filled with the bread on one side and then just meat, cheese, and veg filling up the extra space on the otherside. It was by no means a sandwich. I drove home and dumped it out of the bag and assembled it myself. Like, tell me to pullforward to wait next time if it?s that busy or stressful, but please don?t hand me a meat salad and call it a sandwich. It wasridiculous.
