The person who waited on me had put the wrong size fries on my tray instead of just leaving them she took them off the tray and... then threw them back in the bin then got me a small fry that's cross contamination I did not eat my fries but I ate my hamburgerand I ended up with food poisoning. Also the girl that waited on me was frustrated plus there was another person back there theywere yelling at each other right in front of me and everybody in the building the atmosphere was horrible I will never go backthere again this was in Brazil Indiana I believe the health department needs to go check that place out because the other personthat was with me has something different and got food poisoning as well we both were sick for 5 days. I generally enjoy Wendys so this was big disappointment. Drive thru took a long time though emplyees were friendly. I ordered... two meals. Both sandwiches were incorrect but we spent so long in line that we didnt have time to go back to correct. Icompleted survey on receipt and said I would appreciate they contact me but no one did. Short staff or whatever, this is amanagement issue. Read more
Every time I go there they are out of something. Yesterday I went and ordered a taco salad and they were out of the chili for... it. Usually they're out of sodas. After I ordered they told me to have exact amount of payment or use card. They should havesaid that before I ordered. This has been happening before the covid pandemic. How are they even still in business. Corporateoffice really needs to get there and find out what's going on because they're making all Wendy's look bad. Read more
Waited over 12 mins at order window the last few times we've came. Poor service everytime we come through, only reason we go... occasionally is because my son likes their nuggets. There is always 3 or 4 people standing at the window talking, dancing, andarguing about their personal business around the customer window. Was asked to pull up and park to wait for food and waitedanother 30mins and they forgot half my order. It may be fast food but it's still a job. Read more
This location is always full of problems. Broken glass on front door, no cheese slices, coke machine was down, floor is sticky... on your shoes when you walk from filth and slippery. I?ll likely never eat at this specific location again. Read more
5 stars for the southwestern salads we ordered. They made it fresh and it was very tasty. There was lively chatter between... employees, but it was friendly and they got our order right. The tables could be wiped down more often. We were on Interstate70 headed east to Indianapolis. This Wendy's is 5 miles off the interstate. To get back to 70 East, we stayed on Hwy 40 for 18miles and then turned on 231 to get back on 70. It was a nice drive through farmlands and we enjoyed it. Read more
My husband and I went to have dinner today at Wendy's in Brazil. Never again!! The dining area was a complete disaster at 3:30... in the afternoon with wrappers, standing water by the pop machine and the booths and food all over the tables and the floors.The food was taking forever for the gentleman in front of us, our food and a gentleman behind us. The guy in front of us wasgiven the wrong food, he ended up leaving without even eating. Our food finally came out and everything was cold! It was likethey gave us someone else's food or gave us old food. I don't mind waiting on food when restaurants are busy, but I do expect itfresh when it comes out if I do have to wait. I can't leave a review on the Wendy's website because we didn't get given areceipt with the store number on it. I was going to go up and tell them why we were leaving but after hearing, what I assume wasthe manager yelling at her employees, I didn't feel like putting myself in that situation today. After paying almost $24 for the2 drinks that we did actually consume, it had to be the worst experience at a Wendy's ever! Read more
