Smallest 3/4 full bowl of chili I have ever had. Was supposed to fill me up as a meal. Disgustingly small. Horrible amount for... the price paid. Excellent taste but awful value. Left here hungry. NOT the first time I have ordered their chili. FIRST timeever getting such a tiny amount. Read more

My family and I have been here twice as of yesterday, and likely will not be back for quite a while. On our first trip the staff... was friendly enough and the food was decent. Probably would have given 3 stars based on that experience alone. However,yesterday's experience was terrible. Started with my wife asking what beers were on tap to which the waitress replied "oh Idon't know." No offer to find out at all. Our extra side condiment wasn't brought out with the appetizer. When our food arrivedwe were short a kids meal and instead of a side of fries I had a small container of applesauce with my burger, which was meantto be with the kids meal. My wife's salad came out with cheese after having ordered it without any, then when they brought herremade salad they did not bring any dressing. She didn't realize this until the waitress had left again so we're both stillwaiting to eat until we can catch her attention. My wife then orders a second drink, which never came. The bill was brought out,which of course had the second drink charged to it. When I brought this up the waitress actually asked if I wanted her to takeit off. I was completely blown away. So we wait while the check is corrected and when it comes back I see they've charged metwice for my meal. At this point my patience has been exhausted so I ask to speak to the manager. She apologizes and says shewill "take care of it." That amounted to removing the extra meal charge and a 15% discount. I'm not out to get a free meal byany means, and I can excuse a mistake here and there, but when the entire meal is constant errors and shortcomings I would thinkmaybe comp the appetizer or a meal. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere or had a negative experience handled sobadly. Read more
The chicken tenders were good size. We ordered 30 boneless wings and 10-15 were cold. We had to find our waitress to get... refills. Once she left the table she really never came back to check on us. Read more

Great atmosphere! Friendly, knowledgeable servers. They have a full menu with lots of options. Whether you are looking for... wings, a burger, or a wrap, you?ll leave happy. Lots of yummy appetizers as well. I personally eat there more than once aweek. Read more
The waitress was great and very friendly. We ordered traditional wings and boneless wings. The traditional were nice and big but... the boneless were hard as a rock and overcooked. If you don?t believe me check out the pictures. We did mention it to thewaitress but the manager asked if we really did eat any of the BAD chicken. The truth is we tried as best as possible but youcan?t really eat hard rock chicken. The manager gave us five dollars for ordering over $25 not a good move. My husband & I both got there double cheeseburger and fries. They were awesome! We had gone down the road to try another... restaurant and after waiting for 10 minutes & no one came to wait on us, we left! This was definitely the right choice to make! The waitress even told us it was a special & save around $7.00 for both of us! We will be back!! Read more
