We drove 45 minutes (one way) for the Chicken Fried Steak, and it was completely worth it. Legit one of the best CFS\'s around.... The steak batter is very light, almost like a tempura (but better), the gravy was creamy and they were very generous with it,mashed potatoes were spot on....it doesn\'t get better than this. We will definitely do a 90-minute round trip for the CFSagain!! I was a little sad we missed the breakfast menu, which ends at approximately 11am on the weekend. Read more

It\'s a nice quiet little restaurant and it serves up real breakfast as far as I can see. However it\'s not somewhere I would be... going again. Breakfast is such a cheap and easy thing to make I don\'t see wanting to pay so much for it. $12 for egg two piecesof bacon and some potatoes just isn\'t for me. Read more
I have been to The Burnt Biscuit on 2 separate occasions. Both visits have been nothing short of spectacular. The Chicken Fried... Chicken and the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich are phenomenal. The hamburgers are tasty and satisfying. The atmosphere iscomfortable and welcoming. Do not pass by this outstanding restaurant without stopping in and enjoying some fine food andfriendly staff.
