Pizza was burned and was told was supposed to be like tht cuz it's extra crispy thin crust which I've ordered before from the... Alvin tx store and wasn't black around the outer ring and tasted like metal pan like this one... pic included u be the judge.But personally I won't be returning my buisness to the Brazoria tx dominos. I'm not very tech savvy so I had problems with the app and ordering I called the store and he said come on up there and they... would help me and he took time to manage her took time to help me and I was late and he went the extra mile from me and Ithought it was great service very nice staff and like I said they weren't the extra mile. What with the price of gas, I decided to call ahead and just go get it myself. Also, when ordering Takeout, it's always good to... check out the places where your food comes from. I was amazed how shiny sparkling clean the entire place was! Quiet,professional staff and my pizzas were cooked to perfection. Read more

This Dominoes store is clean, with friendly employees and quick turn around on orders. They don't have alot of amenities like... the Dominoes car or such but all in all it's a great place for take out or delivery. Read more

I spent over an hour trying to order online because the app kept refreshing Everytime I had to go to the previous menu. Then at... the end wouldn't let my gift card go through and, on top of that, then wouldn't give me the pay by cash option for delivery. Igave that up and decided to order by phone. I had a coupon from the Dominos page but when I told the person taking my order Iwas told that it was for online only. I had already explained I was having issues with the online ordering. I was then toldthat I was just going to have to do without that particular coupon this time. Because Heaven forbid they honor a couponin-store that was meant for on-line ordering only! The manager, who sounded like she was 12, wasn't any better. Basically Igot blown off. We need another pizza company locally. Read more

I travel nonstop for work and have never given a review for anything until now, I prefer to give businesses the benefit of the... doubt, but this place set the bar.. I had a bad experience around a month ago when I placed an order and had to wait 48 minutesafter their "tracker" showed my food was waiting for delivery. When I called to question when it would come, I sat on hold for12 minutes before just giving up. When the driver showed up, she said the "tracker" was wrong.. anyways, I let that experiencego. Tonight I placed an online order at 7:10pm and used a coupon from the website. According to the website, it would bedelivered around 7:50pm at the latest. When it was 7:50pm I looked at my email receipt to confirm the time it said and realizedthe coupon had not been applied. I called the store to inquire and was told by the shift manager that I would have to come tothe store with the card to cancel the previous transaction and have it redone in the correct amount. I told her I would pass andsaid I would just take my business elsewhere next time. I also asked when my food would be delivered since the tracker showed itwas removed from the oven at 7:24pm. She said it would be out very soon. At 8:08pm my food was delivered and it was the wrongpizza. I called the store again and spoke to an employee, explained the situation and had to wait to for her to talk to themanager. Was subsequently informed they made a mistake and said they would get me the correct order. I asked if they would doanything to compensate my experience and the reply was "we will deliver your order at no additional charge". Wow, great customerservice. 8:48pm, just received my order, looks like it had a rough ride here. Read more
