This was the worst experience EVER !!! I came in so hungry & got I cold soup & I cold sandwich panini?? Wow when I complained... she girl with the worst attitude told me she could microwave, when I said no I paid for a fresh lunch , blew me off not even amanager helped me I will Never be back!!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED!!! I found a pincher bug in my salad. I requested to speak to the manager to receive a refund and have... been on hold for over 15mins?called again and asked for the manager and they put me on hold again. Horrible customer service!!At least have the common decency to address your customers concerns, especially a returning customer. I will no longer be goingto this location. I am so disappointed. Called to place a curbside pickup order and someone answered and must have forgot they answered because all I heard were people... Talking in the background. So I went to the restaurant, it was not busy. I waited about 15min in line and only had 3 ppl aheadof me. When I finally ordered I asked for my chicken pesto sandwich grilled like a panini. I know the girl heard me because shehad to ask someone how to ring it up. She was new and very sweet and she rang it up correctly because it said grilled on myreceipt. The lazy person in the back just refused to pay attention to the ticket and my sandwich was not grilled nor did it havepesto on it. Also, the tomato basil soup is watered down. I have many fond memories tied to this place , been going there since 2005 . Staff is very friendly and they have an excellent... selection of sandwiches and deserts . I picked up a chai latte which is very unique and tastes so much like the chai from backhome( India ). Read more
Manager was amazing!!! Cashier seemed new but very friendly. I placed my takeout order online, but they couldn't find so I had... to show them my email receipt... Then I had to ask for my little complimentary bread, no big deal...but always check for it ifyou enjoy it; they no longer included it if YOU don't ask for it. The kicker was, they left off the bleu chese, so I went backin asking to give it to me on the side... they gave me about what equated to a Tablespoon of it... at this point I was getting alittle annoyed and figured I can ask for a little more bleu chesse since I've now had to come back into the bakery, and witheverything else.... the person making the salad somehow was annoyed and decided she would now give me bleu cheese to last me aweek; thank you I guess. Only 3 stars for the side of attitude, about 70% of the time our order is wrong, and small amounts ofgreens for it costing almost $10. Read more
Craving something sweet with seasonal pumpkin from a bakery, their pumpkin baby bundt cake fit the category. They only had one... left so I also got the peach baby bundt cake to share. Flavors were strong and spiced well but too sugary sweet for my taste.The fresh peach bits were tart and a nice complement and the pumpkin was my favorite. Other customers may love them more. Thecounter cashiers were both very nice and helpful and greeted us warmly as we entered. The interior is spaced out and comfortablefor dining in. Read more
