I usually do the drive thru but today that line of cars was really long so I went inside to order. Granted I ordered two sausage... egg burritos at 10 minutes after 10:00 a.m. after waiting a good 8 minutes before I had to speak up and get somebody to come tothe counter to take my order. People behind me who were coming up and ordering we're getting their food quicker than mine andthey were ordering entire breakfast platters. At 10:27 I decided hey it's time to ask them what's going on with my order sincemy number wasn't even up on the screen. So without apologizing or anything the girl gave me my breakfast and said oh I put ahash brown in there just for the inconvenience. I didn't want a hash brown, I wanted fast service or maybe a voucher for a freebreakfast. Never walk in no matter how long the car line is, don't walk in they are so unorganized and they cater to thedrive-thru customers before walk in patrons. Really bad experience... Read more
Drove through for two cheeseburgers at 1 p.m. Pretty sure they must make a bunch ahead of time for the lunch rush. Buns hard &... burgers dry. Most disappointing cheseburgers I've ever had at any McDonald's. Read more
When my order was being brought out to to my vehicle the McDonald's employee brought the ice slush drinks with lids unsecured... and subsequently spilled drinks on me and my jeep( modifi3d including custom paintp- liquid pearl grey)Grey. Was missing a hashbrown so i let them know and they comped me a meal. Very nice management and they do their best to make... customers happy. People complain when they leave reviews but if you give them a call they will always take care of your order. Read more
Correct me if I am wrong but isnt a sausage mcgriddle assoped to have a sausage patty instead of a mc chicken patty? I ordered 2... sausage mcgriddles and both turned out like this. The hash browns was cold and stale. Read more
One of the workers was coughing nearly on our soft serves passing them to us, which was unappetizing during flu season.
