It's a McDonald's so the drive thru line can be long during peak hours. They have the dual lane system which can be annoying and... the second lane is closed half the time. But other than that it's fast food, service is good, and it's a McDonald's. Read more
Ordered online for curbside pickup. We get there and curbside is not available had to get in the drive-thru which was... fine...only 5 cars in line. we waited for over 30 minutes to get to the speaker and No one answers we had to say something tomake sure they knew they had a car at the speaker and he just says hold on and we proceed to wait possibly another 5 minutes forhim to tell us our order never went through and they are having issues and are only taking cash. Horrible customer service???? He could have atleast compensated us for wasting our time right but no. Just screw over the customer right! Read more
I?ve worked in customer retail myself & I?ve never experience this type of customer service. Lol You can tell they didn?t wanna... give the ?customer experience? by saying ?cash only? so we went to get cash & they still denied all of the McDonald?s coupons bcall of a sudden their system was updating yet there was someone telling the drive thru person ?cash only & no coupons? in theirears. I waited in the drive-through line for over 25 minutes late in the evening and when I got to the order sign I was told they are... only taking cash. Myself and numerous other cars he did not have cash we?re stuck in a line for over 45 minutes with no way out.This is unacceptable and a sign stating they only take cash must be put up. Read more

Had witnesses the worst display from a member of a Manager. My order was placed incorrectly the young lady was on the spectrum.... She pointed it out to the Manager Kmar.
