I order the same order each time and schedule it for pickup so I can enjoy it on my 20minute lunch break. Not only did they mess... up my order, they messed it up more when I went back in to FIX it. It cut a huge chunk of my lunch out. Not to mention when Iwent to pick it up originally, I told them I had an online order to pick up and they went to go clean dishes before helping me.Horrible workers today. 1/5/22. The other workers on other days are nice. These ones and the lady in charge were unhelpful andgave me no compensation for messing up my order twice and my lunch break. Read more

This location is closer to me, but I usually love going to the one that?s a little further. Well I just decided today to go to... this one. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry bowl and there was no one else in there but me. However,it took over 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they were done I was handed a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they made itcorrectly and they laughed and told me they forgot to add açai. Didn?t once apologize but just laughed and went to make it. IWaited another 10 minutes and was handed a very messy bowl. It seems they do not care how they present themselves or thecustomers wants. I don?t like blueberry so I always get no blueberry extra banana and they couldn?t give that to me either. Read more

The best visit I've had at nectar thus far. Eric B is absolutely Stellar. He puts the Five Stars in his Excellent Customer... Service. And the angel who made my Patiya PB Bowl made it taste like it was from heaven. Whoever said eating healthy wasdifficult has never been to Nekter. Wow I'm so impressed TLC for my body and my spirit! Going to be a no for me. I ordered 20 min ahead online and still had to wait another 20 min after I arrived. The order wasn?t... printing but still took 20 min once they were aware of my order. Wasn?t busy. Not sure why that happened?. Read more
