This outback location deserves no stars. All employees standing around chatting with one another. Had to ask for eveything,... there was no service. Before I even finished requesting what we needed the server was gone. Had to wait to ask again. Noservice, it became annoying. Asked for some bread and never got it. With all those paid employees just standing around, therewere only a hand full of customers and I still did not get the service that was needed. Kinda odd that someone took my child'ssoup that was not done and still no customer service. Thanks outback for the Ruined birthday dinner for my child. Read more
We used to go here frequently but the service and food were not ideal. We went Sunday for a birthday dinner. We ordered 3 steaks... well done and got a mix from rare to medium. Sent the rare 1 back. 15 minutes later it came back medium, still pink. The servicewas ok. The food as above, just ok. The air conditioning was sub zero. Other customers complained as well. Great customer service as not only our server but several others were very attended. The food was great, tasted good and looked... pleasant. It is a little pricy but for special occasions to go once in a while I would recommend it. Overall it was a greatexperience. I definitely would go back again. Read more
Food is good and reasonably priced. The onion blossom is way too Salty.. I had to drink 4 glasses of water.
Really nice staff! Went on a Saturday and there was no wait time! Went around 6-7pm! My friend got a lobster and steak! Which... was good but the lobster looks so small ???? Other than that everything was great waitress was very attentive! Read more
I went with my daughter to outback for her birthday. The server Joey, was rude from the beginning to us. He gave us a cold... distant treatment. While we waited for our order. We requested more bread and a refill on our beverages. He gave bread to thepeople sitting in front of us and behind us, but did not serve our bread. We requested bread three times but never brought itto us. We also requested refill on our drinks and water but we never got it. I finally requested from another server to speakwith the manager. I explained to him how we have been treated. He gave us a new server with no apology or picking up out bill. Poor management since we were there for a birthday. We were treated poorly and we will never go back. I guess yournationality does depend on how you get served at Outback. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Read more
My family.. (moreso my dad) loves coming here because it accomodates large groups... my family consists of around 20. We... usually dine in the patio.. and it's heated in the evenings. Service is usually good. The food is about average. The wait on asaturday is always 45-60min. It's not a bad place to go. I wish they had meal deals... but you can order something small likeme... go with the soup of the day and get a salad... it will be around $13 Read more
Start off with took it took 15 minutes to get our initial drinks. My beer took another 20 minutes. From there our drinks were... never refilled or asked if I wanted another drink. Got our food, and the food was Luke warm on top of 2 of the 4 steaks werecooled wrong (way over cook beyond well done, the other was bleeding which should have been mid rare). Got the second steaks 25minutes later. One steak was good the other was very rare. Then told the manager this and he said he will cook it more whichthe outside was already very dark ND would have chard the outside of the steak. I was done at this point. My wife talked tothe manager and they were removing 2 of the 4 steaks but when the bill came had 3 steaks still on the bill and when she questionthe manager he said he has to charge foe the meat. My wife said why do we need to pay for a mistake they did. In top of this,no service at the table. Themanager had attitude and the waitress gave a lot at attitude and threw the bill on the table andswiped up the bill and card again with attitude. We will NOT be going back to this Outback! Read more
