So frustrated and disappointed. We came to the restaurant to order to-go today. When we unpacked our order back home, we found... that the add-on lean brisket (A6 in the receipt, $14.45) was missing, so I called them and requested a refund. But they refusedto do that and insisted they?ve counted the number of item for every takeout order. Apparently there is no lean brisket in my oxtail noodle soup! Delicious pho. The fried rice was good too (I had better one). The service was good and fast. I recommend this place.
Got take out, took maybe 8 mins for a Bahnmi and tarp Bobba, both which were delicious. The boba wasn?t to soggy/soft, might be... sweet for some but I loved it. The pork bahnmi was flavorful and simple. Yum! Read more

By the time we got there, there were only 2 tables occupied (already eating) we... placed our order and 3 more tables came after that. 2 out of those 3 tables got their food first, by the time I got mine, whichwas 15 min after, the order was wrong! Wasn?t what I ordered (not even close). They ?correct? the order and there I am waitingwhile I see 3 more tables come and get their food. 10 minutes past and the waiter comes and says ?the food is coming?. I waited10 more minutes and no food coming at all so I asked then to bag it to go. 10 more minutes and still no food. Of course while Iwas waiting more people were coming and getting their food. This Vietnamese eatery is a franchise. We enjoyed the nice outdoor patio but the food wasn't that good. The Ox Tail Pho... contained meat that was tough and rubbery instead of being soft and tender. The Lemongrass Chicken didn't have any lemongrass init, lacking the smell and flavor of the actual dish. Read more

We've been coming Pho Ha, 1619 E Imperial Hwy, Brea, CA 92821, since 2006 whenever we do not want drive to... Westminister. Recently there are new service staff and it has not been the same, the services are worse. Specifically onTuesday 11-8-2022, we went there for a meal. The server which we do not know his name, he is the short short man who was veryrude, aggressive, and unprofessional. We had to wait for some time before we were seated and then waited for a long time toplace our order. The short man took our order and my food came out almost completely wrong. Not only did he not apologize, hewas not at all accommodating. While I was still waiting for the missing meat of my Pho, he suddenly came to my table, rudelyyanked my bowl away from me and harshly told me "I overheard that your food was wrong, what is wrong with it, tell me, I willget a new one for you" that was redundant as he already knew what was wrong with my food. I felt that he came back to bully mefor complaining. He sarcastically replied to everything I requested or asked and ignored my requests. I then requested anotherserver and it's also ignored. Our meal was extremely unpleasant, we should have left without eating our food, but we didn't andduring the entire meal none of the servers came over to check if we need anything at all. But when I went to the counter topay, the short man came over quickly and now he suddenly nice to me and asked if everything was ok. I kept quiet and paidwithout including a tip, the short man followed me back to our table to check if we left cash tip which we didn't, the short mancomplained to my partner, but he did not understand the short man. The short man had the audacity to chase after me to lectureme that I need to tip. I told him "no tip", then he further dictated that I should only order to go. I replied that I will nevercome back.
