I placed an order tonight 10/14/22 and it was running behind schedule so I called to see where my order was. The person who... answered the phone said I didn't have an order. Even though I received a confirmation number and was charged which was veryupsetting to hear. The manager came on the line and said I did have an order but they are very busy. When my order arrived theyforgot my buffalo wings and only brought my pizza. I told the pizza driver that I would call for a refund for the wings. I thencalled and the person who answered by the name of Rose said that they didn't have a manager on duty and I couldn't get myrefund. She said for me to call tomorrow morning, which is ridiculous! How do they not have a manager on duty at 7:00 pm on aFriday night? I am calling them tomorrow and expecting a full refund based off of this horrible customer service. Also the pizzawas cold when it arrived and the cheese was hard. Stay far away from this pizza hut, I should have checked the reviews before Iplaced the order. Read more

This Pizza Hut location is FAST & FRIENDLY! Ordered over the phone, about 6 pizzas for a church event we were having. They... clearly gave us the specials over the phone. We needed the Pizzas ASAP as we called in last minute, and as promised over thephone by "Khalid" our pizzas were READY FAST!!! Thank you for your exceptional, and friendly service.
