Red Robin is great, this location is not. We barely saw our server and it honestly took about 15 minutes for our order to be... taken. In fact, we didn't even know who our server was as someone different came to the table for each request which was veryimpersonal. The bottomless fries basket we were given had about 12 fries in it. The bathroom was disgusting with toilet paperwads on the floor by one toilet and another overflowing. My burger was pink-ish/red and unsafe to eat. Thankfully it wasreplaced by the staff after request with no questions asked. The food was decent. I will not be returning to this location, itneeds some serious evaluation. Read more

It's been awhile since all that's going on, but I was in the area and felt like having a good burger. I picked one up to go and... I remember why I like this place. The burger was really good as usual. The customer service was good as well. With all the rulesthat we need to follow now to eat out now my order took a minute but I was okay with that knowing that things are in place nowto make sure everyone is safe.
