Sushi box is a little hidden gem tucked away in Brea. This is a small sushi spot but the food, flavor and presentation speaks... VOLUMES. When I got there I was greeted and seated. I sat at the bar because I love to see the Sushi creators make the rolls! Myfood was ready in 10 to 15 mins. I tell you that this is geunuine FOOD ART!! It tastes just as good as it looks. I took my timeenjoying every bite. I also love to eat put and try to have little to no carbs. I had a side of mouth watering Shashimi. Myabsoutle favorite is called the love love. It is slices of raw tuna stuffed with spicy raw tuna SHAPED AS HEARTS and topped withpieces of avacado mesago. It came with a salad in the middle of my plate with vinaigrette on the salad. I absolutely love itbecause the roll had No rice. It was a lunch special and very affordable. I the Red Spider Roll was riceless too it was sogood. I been to Sushi Box many times. I like the special rolls and bento boxes. The sushi used to be better quality prior to the... pandemic. They stopped giving free ice cream or sliced oranges. The staffs are friendly. Read more
