Can?t go wrong with chili cheese fries. You can add pastrami on it too. I personally think the pastrami is a little too salty... but my bro loved it. There is plenty of parking! They have a drivethru but I find going inside is much quicker. Read more

Honestly didn't know what was good. Went with the world famous pastrami dip sandwich and a order of large fries. $19 bucks but... the sandwich has plenty of meat and their was a lot of fries. The pastrami sandwich was excellent the hotter the fries thebetter. They also have this fries and chilli, pastrami, a pile of tomato and onion that looked awesome. And it's huge. Maybenext visit. The Hat is a classic establishment. Their pastrami is delicious and the vibe inside feels like a 1960s diner. Food is served... hot and quick The pastrami chili cheese fries are a must try. They load up a whole 2x2 drink tray loaded with fresh fries, hotchili and a mountain of pastrami on top. It is Enough to put anyone into a food coma. The Hat also has a full menu of hot andcold sandwiches and chili dogs Read more

As always, best pastrami sandwiches in the area! Been going to this location since they opened (especially if I'm nearby and... have a craving for some Pastrami). Pastrami meat overflows over the sandwich. Great fries (although their small order seems tobe less than yesteryears). I always ask for yellow peppers and some ranch packets on the side. Still excellent service and kudosto the staff! I gotta get a Hat t-shirt next time! Cheers! Read more

The Hat offers a lot of menu options, but if this is your first time here, the Pastrami dip is where it's at. Although the title... says "dip", the sandwich is not really wet. The French roll comes with mustard, pickles, and of course, the thinly cut pastrami...and it's messy in the best kind of way. The chili cheese fries come in a huge mound of goodness, but not overly greasy.Adding onions equals extra deliciousness. It will easily feed a few people. To help cut through the saltiness, an Orange Bangwill do the trick. Prices are fair, staff is friendly, food is served quickly but hot, and the place is old school but clean. Read more

Ordered the pastrami dip and chili fries with cheese. Sandwich was good with the soft roll. Pastrami has lots of flavor and very... thinly sliced. As you eat the sandwich, the meats are falling out .Mustard and pickles were the only condiments. The fries withchili and also added cheese was humongous. This can feed at least 3 people. Fries are crispy and chili was very good tasting, plus they were generous with the cheese topping. This place has a drive thru and was busy. Inside they had plenty of workersslamming orders out and the atmosphere was good with the friendly staff. The only bad part was they were out of onion rings andthey don't know when they are getting them back. Read more

Fantastic roast beef and pastrami sandwiches. The bread that the sandwiches are served on is perfection; soft yet strong enough... to stand up to the weighty filling. Our party of 3 also shared chili-cheese fries which is large enough for probably 6-8, buthonestly I'd skip these next time and save the room for the much more flavorful and memorable sandwiches.
