This location makes excuses for everything instead of looking at the problems and trying to improve. The manager is terrible and... she lacks customer service. They blame it on lack of staff even though this has been a problem for years. This time when I wentthere were 6 coffees sitting on the counter and somehow mine still wasn't made with 5 people working, after already waiting10-15 minutes in line (with only 2 cars ahead of me getting small orders). Please make improvements because I unfortunatelywon't be going there anymore until it gets better. I'm not sure if better training would help but something needs to be done. Read more

Whoever was working this morning Friday October 21st should be fired, can't take an order or make one right to save their old... decrepit lives. Pretty sure it was the dust from the 100 year old working there I had to wipe off my blt bagel that had half aslice of bacon, one small slice of tomato and half a head of lettuce then topped with a cup of mayo on it. I was there tonight at 7:00pm. There were two young guys working. They were friendly, fast and efficient and our drinks were... made perfectly. So delicious I had to come on here and acknowledge these two! It's been a very long time since I had a perfectcoffee made. Visited on my way back from Thanksgiving and this was truly the worst experience I have ever had at Tim's. Service was... incredibly slow with the line almost out the door. We overheard the staff saying negative things about customers and the onecashier that was working threw a tantrum when he was told that he made somebody's drink wrong. ended up just leaving as thisvisit was more trouble than it was worth. Would rate ZERO STARS if I could. Took way longer at the drive thru. Ordered my Sausage Farmer's Wrap "no sauce, no grill". No... only did they grill them THEY BURNED THEM! ???? I ate the first one as I needed to eat so I wouldn't get sick. We couldn't goback to deal with this as we were under time constraints. Tried calling when we got home to file a complaint and after about 10rings a fax machine picked up. As far as I am concerned this was total incompetence. I don't think I'll be going back to thisTim Hortons. Too many bad experiences at this location. Head office needs to overhaul this location or shut it down. Forgot tomention the grease that came out the bottom corner of the wrap, down my chin and (I later discovered) onto my shirt. For a fewminutes I thought I had been burned but the pain went away. Stopped on our way home from Thanksgiving dinner, and wanted to grab two coffees and a tea. Spent 20 minutes in line waiting to... get to the speaker, and then was told to wait for our order to be taken. 25 minutes waiting at the speaker. And then the ladyCOULD NOT GET OUR ORDER RIGHT. No one knew what they were doing and when we did finally get our drinks they were COVERED INICING. Will not be going back. Update: got home and took a drink of our drinks. The drink that was supposed to be a tea is nottea, it's like a tea/coffee hybrid of some sort. There was supposed to be a regular coffee and a double double. And we got atriple triple and double double. Extremely disappointed. Read more

Staff is unbelievably rude. I ordered an egg and cheese Farmer's wrap and asked them to please make sure there was no meat in... it. The person taking my order in the drive-thru responded with "if I punch it in with no meat, then the person working thebagel station will not put meat." She scoffed at me. I explained to her that the only reason I asked her to double-check isbecause on a past visit they accidentally put sausage in my wrap, and I don't eat pork. It wasn't a nice experience, but Iunderstand that mistakes can happen. She repeated in an even more condescending tone this time "they won't put meat if youdidn't order it". I was shocked at her response. What happened to customer service? My request wasn't rude and my tonecertainly wasn't rude at all. I'm always nice to people, especially since I work customer service myself. I understand how hardit can be. But I also understand how simple it could have been to just honor my request and respond with "No problem, I willmake sure...". There was only one car ahead of me in the Drive-Thru and when I got to the window, I paid, and then I had towait a few minutes for my order... Much longer than I've ever had to wait in the past, especially with no lineup. My wrap wasbeyond burnt. I think they purposely burnt it because when I asked them to please just double check there was no meat in it,they took it personally for some reason...? Do better. This place needs to be overhauled by home office. Please get thislocation some proper customer service training- it's an embarrassment. Read more

Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Staff is rude, insensitive and probably need a course in customer service.The Quantity of... wedges and dipping that we have received was less then half then we get normally. When we requested, they argued that they havebeen giving this amount since last two years which means they have not been serving proper food. I myslef have worked with timhortons for more the 1.5 years and I have never treated a customer like this, instead I have always corrected my mistake andapologized for it. Read more
