The place is very elegant and has an inviting atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Chef of Cuisine Zach Brace is very... creative and his signature dishes with oriental flavor reminded me of some fine dining experience in Singapore. I have eaten at many high end eateries and restaurants including Michelin Star restaurants and let me tell you, this place... competes with the best of them. I tried a variety of dishes and loved every last bite. However, the staff really bring it toanother level. Brittany was our waitress and her service is beyond expectations. Requesting to speak with the chef, Zach, youcan tell there is true love and appreciation for food that goes into every dish. HIGHLY recommended!!! Read more

Excellent restaurant! Fanciest restaurant we went to in Breck. We lovedddd the drinks, they were out of this world. The menu was... very fancy (lots of different foods) which isn’t our style but still whatever we ordered, we ate because it was delicious. Wow! Aurum was a lovely dining experience. We got the whole gamut of menu items and were very impressed with it all! Cocktails... were delicious, the cookie dessert was ????????, and service was exceptional! Entrees running around 40/50 dolla, but heythat’s Breck for ya! The architecture and design of the building is pretty cool too! Our waitress Christin was reallythoughtful too and brought out some vanilla ice cream for my sister who was an anti chocolate gal. Cocktails were creative and outstanding. Some of the best I've ever had. Their dishes are creative and perfectly balanced... flavors. The happy hour specials are too good to be true. We saw the inside of one of the yurts and wished we had scheduledahead far enough to have gotten to eat in one. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Came here for happy hour and it’s a great deal! Apps are 50% off and some drinks are HH. The staff and general atmosphere were... great and the food was awesome! The burger (not pictured) is a must and the Brussels Sprouts. The Caesar salad was just okcompared to the rest of the appetizers so probably won’t get it next time but everything else was spot on!
