It was my first visit to Blue River Bistro, it won't be my last either. The decor and layout are comfortable, with beautiful art... displayed around the restaurant. The menu has a great selection of dishes that you won't be at a loss for one. I ordered theChicken Paella. The service was friendly and prompt. The food came out looking and tasting delicious. Happy hour from 2-5 every day! Can’t beat that. We had charred Brussels, calamari, tiger shrimp and caprese and everything was... excellent! I am sure the dinner is wonderful too. Of course the 2 for 1 martinis was the icing on the cake. Read more
We decided to try the restaurant out for dinner after a great day of skiing. Overall a very enjoyable experience. The staff... was very friendly and we were seated quickly. The service was prompt, we started with the Caprese salad that tasted great andhad plenty of flavors. Service was great. I had the chicken Marsala which was very tasty, My friend had the salmon was divineand my wife had the Keema which was very outstanding. Overall it was a great night so we decided to come back for lunch 2 dayslater. The lunch menu offers different items that are great as well. I had the Eagle Rock Ranch burger that was very wellprepared and tasted great. My friend had the spicy Italian sandwich and was ver pleased with it. My wife had the Beat Salad, itwas super fresh and had a tasted great. Two great experiences we will definitely be back next time we visit Breckinridge. Read more
Had dinner after a great day of skiing. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Parking was easy and we were seated quickly. ... Service was great. Started with their Brussels sprouts appetizer which was very good though the Brussels sprouts were a littleunder done and could have been charred a bit more. We stay in Breckinridge every year and stop here at least once. Our top, go-to dishes are the pine crusted salmon and the beef... short ribs. This particular time, there was live music!
