We wish the food matched the customer service . Items that came out the kitchen were great, service however? whoa?People come... from far and this is supposed to a tourist area. We had to flag down the waiter a few times who forgot a few times the drinkswe ordered. Establishment was not busy at all for us to wait about 20min to get someone to take our order. In the time that wewere there I couldn?t atleast 5 groups of people who left because of the slow service. Again I wish the service matched the food. It?s not a cheap place to eat at so treat customers as if you appreciate their business . The food came out fast so who everis in the kitchen we appreciate you. There was also a disconnect between staff members no chemistry or team player mentality .No one knew what the other was doing so hence why we asked about 3 times if someone would take our order . Best burger I?ve ever had! I got the hangover burger, one of the bigger burgers I?ve had with great taste. Service was excellent... as well and I would highly recommend the pour house for anyone who may be looking a high quality burger! Read more

Seriously, if you want great, service, beer and food! Go to this place. Adam was our server and he was awesome! Gave us a... few samples of the huge selection of beer to help us decide. Had the wings, tomato soup with grilled cheese, bratwurst sandwichand Shirtless Putin' Catchin' Ray's and the Winter Stoke! If you like smooth dark beer, you will love these!! ThanksAdam!???????????? Decent food at a decent price. The fish in the BPH fish and chips had a thin batter and was two big chunks of fish. Lovely. The... Cali (veggie) burger was loved by all. The chicken blt wasn?t great - chicken tenders (not chicken breast). But don?t trust thespecials or the happy hour. Read more
