Place was top notch from the cabin chic decor and service from Kat. We loved everything we ordered. The beet ricotta caprese was... fresh, earthy, and delicious. We also ordered the curry coconut squash salmon on risotto which was incredibly tasty. We paired ashishito pepper appetizer as recommended by Kat which had a great sweet spicy sauce and garlic aioli dipping sauce. HIGHLYrecommend this restaurant. The menu changes seasonally they said also! Will be back next time we are in Breck. Read more

Cabin juice All right, all right, all right, here I go. Ben, Jeff, Chris and Andrew what teamwork. I love the atmosphere, the... nice horseshoe bar, the big comfy chairs, and the chair lift seats. I have been here often and it has never disappointed me.Along with the Shishido peppers, the best ever and I have eaten them often. The sliced zucchini with honey wasunbelievable. Creekstone pork chop with poached beets, grilled zucchini, sweet potato and peach purée, it was to die for, cooked perfect. I would give this place a 10 star if I could. I WOULD RECOMMEND. Read more

Very good service by Aquina at the restaurant and bar who was very personable and quick especially for our big group. She... delivered on the Margaritas to a tee. The pork belly was a small but super flavorful appetizer. We tried the New York strip,Short Ribs, Burgers and Salmon and all were excellent. Finally I really appreciated the decor and lighting which were wellthought out and made for a relaxing feel! Read more

This was sadly a bit of disappointment. Service here was great, however, the food (especially for the price) was not. I went... there with some family and friends. The short rib was good, salmon curry was decent, and several franchises have a burger on parwith this restaurant for half the price. I and my brother ordered the crispy crimini porchetta (pictured). Bland bacon likemeat, took two bites. The server noticed and asked about the food. We were honest about it and judging by the rest of the food, didn’t want anything else when asked. This picture is the plate when we left and I still had to pay for half of it for somereason. The fingerling potatoes were good though. Read more

First, yes it’s worth a visit! The decor and overall feel of this place is great. The drinks we had were quite good - worth... the price in my opinion. Foods were unique and good.. but not great.. cooked well and executed well but a little weak on flavorfor the price. BUT a little salt goes a long way to bring the flavors up. The only reason this place got 4 and not 5 stars isbecause of the flavor to price ratio. Again, drinks are great And the food is GOOD.. just not great to match those prices. Stillworth a visit, still had a great time and service and again, salt helps a lot and makes it more enjoyable! Check the pics to seehow good everything looked! Read more

We ate dinner in one of the snow cabanas and it was lovely! The cabana was set up to be super cozy — it had board games,... heaters, couches, and blankets. We felt very secluded in the best way! The food was the best that I’ve had in breck! Also, the presentation of everything was well-done. Drinks: My party really enjoyed the El Presidente drink, but weren’t asimpressed by the French 75 (it really just tasted of cognac & lemon). I really liked the Matcha Colada but it tasted more ofpineapple than coconut (good for me, bad for my partner). Starters: The grilled sourdough was a surprise hit!! It has adelicious smoky taste and the butter it came with was perfect. The fried zucchini was also tasty. Mains: Everyone enjoyed theirmain courses (see photos for all the ones we had). The short rib was well-cooked and tender, and the fennel it came with werevery crispy! I personally didn’t love the polenta b/c the mascarpone made it a little sweet, but that was definitely apersonal preference. Sides: The brussles sprouts were delicious with the goat cheese and golden raisins. The crispy fingerlingpotatoes were also great! Dessert: Wow, the desserts were all fantastic! Multiple people mentioned they’d come back just toeat them. The Passion Lava Cake was stellar on its own, and incredible as a vegan dessert! I’d definitely recommend seeking itout if you are vegan. The cheesecake was perfectly salted and a huge portion. However, the standout dessert was the StickyToffee Pudding! It was buttery and went great with the caramel sauce. It was my favorite dessert (and I don’t even likepuddings like this normally!). Service was leisurely, but the snow cabanas and the restaurant are so cozy and inviting thatit’s a place you’d like to spend some time in! Just don’t come with plans for after dinner :). Restaurant is dog andski-boot friendly, a true apres experience! Overall, we enjoyed this location so much we are talking about returning before ourvacation ends. I woul Read more

Came to eat several times. Great place, loved the design. Overall food was really good, but I'd divide the different meals: For... dinner we tried the snow pea risotto & butcher's choice steak; strip steak was exceptional, the risotto light and creamy, justvery tasty. Other night we got the black cod - again, very, very good, lighter option, rich taste and amazing broth too. Next, they need to advertise their après options more (3-6 PM)! The menu is not on Google, not in the elevators in the gravity house, only on their website or when you go to visit at the time. We happened to go there in the afternoon and ordered absolutelyamazing nachos (we skipped black beans). It's perfect snack if you're hungry but want to survive till dinner ;) Verygood! Unfortunately breakfasts are the weakest point. It's open early (7 AM) so that's a plus, but while the other food is solid5/5, breakfasts are just good, nothing great (~4/5) and we wouldn't come back if not for the opening hours. Salad issurprisingly good, very nice dressing, blueberries and strawberries are great addition too. Read more

Had a great experience here. Came in around 8:30 for a quick dinner. It was pretty empty, but it was a Monday night at the... beginning of the season, so no surprise. Interesting atmosphere that makes you feel like you made a smart choice. Ha. Food wasexcellent! The burger was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Cooking to temperature and using qualityingredients go a long way. The fingerling potato side were a great idea. Also our server Tracey was refreshingly friendly, eventhough we came in close to their last seating time (8:45). The other available entrees we're a little pricey, but I'm sure theywould be fantastic. Read more
