Not friendly over the phone. Hard to understand. Speaks too quiet. I couldn't find the location because of construction, so I... called and asked how do I find it? And the clerk got irritated with me and finally told me that they're closed for constructionbut at first he said they're open. If you cannot speak loudly to the phone or use clear language so I can understand, I do notwant to dine in. Site is taped up due to some construction I'm not going to walk around construction site looking for theplace. Other businesses have clear signs saying yes we are open come on in. Read more

Definitely stay away from this place. Ordered a kids burger and my son only took 1 bite and you can see all the raw meat not... even cooked. Husband ordered the 7 mares soup and the fish wasn?t fully cooked either. I had ordered a steak burrito and endedup with a chicken burrito filled with vegetables. For the prices on the menu they definitely need to do better!!! Read more

We order Carne Asada, my Mom specified to the server in Spanish, ( they speak Spanish) No spicy, and we got the Carne asada... covered in red sauce with red , green pepper, and jalapeños, the server as us how was everything, but as he was passing byand completely ignored us when we were telling him our food was not what we wanted and it was spicy. We stayed a little there. The place empty, only 2 more tables, and we decided to get up and head out , we told hi. What happened and they charged usanyway. The only thing we hate was the side dishes of refried beans and rice that made for not even 2 teaspoonfuls of each. The food looked delicious and what we ate was good, but it was not what we wanted , so the server is to blame. The service wasawful and we are spanish speaking customers, like all the servers there so I do not understand why he got us spicy, super spicyfood after we said NOTHING spicy. We are very disappointed, not with the food, but with the poor customer service Read more

My wife and I both got the shrimp and tilapia taco salads and only finished a quarter of the meal. The shrimp and fish tasted... old and rubbery. The lettuce wasn't fresh. The beans had a weird taste to them. First time I didn't finish most of my meal at a$20+ restaurant. Read more

This place was probably the most disappointing restaurant of our trip through Colorado, and my family loves Mexican food. The... chips and salsa was great and there was plenty to share but everything when down hill from there. I ordered the Chile Verdewhich was pretty good, but I was one of the only people to enjoy my meal. The two people next to me ordered a chicken burritoand a chicken Chimichanga, both of which where filled with plain dry shredded chicken. I was there with about 10 other peopleand none of them liked their meal. Me and my brother also determined that whoever wrote the menu wasn't that familiar withSpanish because there was a few menu items that didn't make sense. Read more
