It was my first visit to Flip Side. The bar and small dining room are inviting. We sat down stairs. The menu offers burgers,... chicken and other sandwiches. The burger selection is decent. We ordered a Bison Cheese Burger and Power Greens Salad with aBison Burger Patty. The food came out quickly and the burger was tasty. However, the burgers were over cooked. The salad waslacking salad, and what was there was spoiled. We brought it to the waitresses attention and all she did was offer to replaceit. Personally I wouldn't go back. Read more
Overall, a nice lunch. I had the Chef Shawn?s burger. And my dining companion had the Flip Side burger with an upgrade to... the truffle fries. The burgers were well cooked and juicy. The buns were soft, but still had enough body to avoid fallingapart. All of the toppings were well seasoned. I would have loved for the spicy pickles on the Chef Shawn?s burger to have hada little more of an acidic bite to balance the richness of the other toppings. The fries had clearly been sitting for a bit andwere slightly cold when they hit our table. I?m sure they would have been excellent if they had been served hot. Service wasvery good. ???? Honestly - one of the best burgers I've had in quite a while. I had the Flip Side burger and it was awesome, the beef was... veey delicious (medium) and so was the applewood bacon! We also had the brisket fries, which were very good, and the everythingsalad was also very good! Friendly quick service and very clean. Read more
One of the best places to eat in Breckenridge! Cool atmosphere and fantastic service - everyone is so nice and accommodating.... Our server Matt was excellent. I have no complaints about this place. The food and service were amazing. Our server Katie was EXCELLENT. She provided great... menu recommendations and other Breckenridge recommendations too. If she reads this, I tried the Old Fashioned at theBreckenridge Distillary and it was delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you love a good burger orsandwich. The food was amazing! I had the brisket mac & cheese and it was the best I've ever had. My husband had the chicken burger and it... was equally delicious. Our kids enjoyed their meals as well. Compliments to the chefs! The service could have been better,especially when you are expected to tip right in front of the server and have to keep asking for refills, but the food is worthit! Panty Droppers and Raging Buffaloes are great drinks to begin your visit on the Flip Side. Wild Mushroom and Swiss burgers, BBQ... chick, corn dogs and brisket burgers were delicious. And the locally sourced ice cream made fantastic strawberry, chocolate andblueberry shakes for some of our group. Great service too. Fun atmosphere. Thumbs up. Read more
