hidden gem! with a small ish menu, it's easy to overlook. But these sandwiches are NEXT LEVEL- takes a bit as he is working with... a small space, but 100% worth it. We were there at a slower time, so we had zero issues with service- bar tender even found me aspare rubber band for my braid! If you're looking for a great relaxed spot to grab lunch or a heavier snack- this is a greatplace to check out! Read more

I am not generally a big fan of RMU in general. Despite being a local I find that the only way I can get service there is to go... with my younger friends who know the employees there. Otherwise I wind up waiting forever at the bar to get my ordertaken. But this review is about the grilled cheese sandwiches. I still am deducting a star for the service at the bar (onebartender actually working and managing a huge crowd, one who seemed to have enjoyed a fair bit of 420 and didn't really do muchat all), but the sandwiches really are quite good. Cozied away in RMU?s charming Beer Garden (located behind their Ski Shop & Tavern), the Food Truck has to be one of the... grooviest spots to grab a bite in Breckenridge! This winter, the truck is a grilled cheeserie, with something for everyone. Itend to get the ?Fungus Amongus? with Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms, Fresh Arugula, White Truffle Oil, Melty White Cheddar & SwissCheeses on Buttery Sourdough Bread. Couple that with a steaming bowl of Tomato Basil Bisque & you?re ready to lounge in thesocially-distanced ?huts? (chic greenhouses with benches, rugs, & heaters), or around one of the raised fire-pits. Oh, did Imention that RMU has the best cocktail menu in the High Rockies? Great beers on tap, a full ski & tune shop...definitely a must. Read more
